A Maerz Single Shaft Kiln for Namangan Sement, Uzbekistan

Namangan Sement LLC, Uzbekistan, is investing in the construction of a solid-fuel-fired Maerz HPS single shaft lime kiln with a capacity of 200 t/d of hard-burnt lime.

This investment ensures an energy-efficient and fuel-optimised operation. The high-quality lime will subsequently be processed in the company’s new autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) plant. The new kiln will therefore make a significant contribution to increasing production reliability and improving the quality of the AAC blocks.

Namangan Sement is investing specifically in the further development of sustainable building materials for residential and commercial buildings. The project is being realised together with our partner Parget Makina as general contractor for building the plant.

With the construction of this plant, our customer is making an important contribution to the industrial policy of the Uzbek government regarding modernisation, industrialisation, and sustainable value creation.

We are proud to be part of this development.
