The first HPS kiln for Modern Company for Concrete Products S.A.E in Egypt

Modern Company for Concrete Products (MCCP) has been successfully producing precast concrete elements and related products in Egypt for many years. MCCP is now also entering into the production of lime, aerated concrete blocks and hydrated lime. For this purpose, MCCP is building a lime plant adjacent to its existing plant for the production of concrete elements.

On 3 October 2024, Maerz signed a contract with MCCP in El Sadat City, Egypt, for the construction of a new S3 single-shaft kiln with a capacity of 200 t/d. In cooperation with our long-standing Turkish partner Parget Makina, a complete greenfield plant will be built, from stone preparation to the lime kiln, a hydration plant and lime handling.

Maerz is proud to support our customer in this project as a partner for the kiln technology.
