Three new Maerz lime kilns successfully commissioned for Tosyali

In September 2025 the new lime plant of Tosçelik Profil Ve Sac Endüstrisi A.Ş. (Tosyalı) in İskenderun, Türkiye, was successfully completed and handed over to the customer. With a total capacity of 1’600 tpd, it is the largest plant of its kind in Türkiye and sets new standards in efficiency, production safety and sustainability.

The project was realised in close cooperation with Parget Makina and comprises two R4S PFR kilns, each with a capacity of 650 tpd, and one E5F PFR kiln with a capacity of 300 tpd, all fired with natural gas. Tosyali is thus strengthening its sustainable lime production and once again relying on proven Maerz technology.
