Filter dust indicates how your burning process is going

The analysis of filter dust can provide information on the proportion of unburnt solid fuel particles that have passed through the kiln process and finally accumulated in the waste gas filter. Process problems can often be detected with the help of filter dust analysis.

We offer the following filter dust analyses in our in-house laboratory facilities:

• Calorific value
• Loss on Ignition (LoI)
• Chemical composition by means of X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and CHS analysis
